The only impact this has for you on using the app is that there will be a warning in the Administration that the app is Server-only. As the app has been tested before, you can proceed despite the warning.

What does "Partially compatible; no badge" mean?
You will be able to use the app with Data Center. To get the Data Center badge in the Atlassian Marketplace we need to apply for the status. We are, however, aware of performance issues on bigger instances under certain circumstances.
