When the administration is edited, some elements are displayed with the title "No Permission" on a Cloud or Server Server or "Inaccessible item" on a Cloud instance with SubSpace Navigation for Confluence.

Solution

The "no permissionNo Permission" message may appear for one of two reasons:

• content was added by another administrator that you are not allowed to see

• the content is no longer available

• Status
  colour Green title fixed

  there are more than 25 unique spaces configured in the navigation at the same time. This is a bug that is being tracked in

  server System JIRA serverId 248cedac-dc3b-31e7-9dd4-563b2796ce7a key SNC-28

  . It only applies to Confluence Cloud.

If there are other colleagues with administrator permissions in your instance (space administration is sufficient), we recommend checking if they have been editing the navigation lately and what kind of content they have added.
