Custom fields created through the User Profiles for Jira application app are seamlessly accessible across all company-managed as well as team-managed projects within Jira. Team-managed projects are supported for both This applies for Jira Software and , Jira Work Management , but unfortunately not yet for and Jira Service Management. The latter will be supported when Atlassian adds support for company-managed fields in team-managed service projects.

Our app ensures that user information is synchronized into all issues that are associated with custom fields created by our app. This is controlled by the context that those fields are assigned to. By default, all fields created through our app are added to the global context, making them available on all issues. Consequently, you have the flexibility to utilize these custom fields in any project.
