Organization Chart only shows name and email

Problem

We can not see any Department or Position in the Org Chart. What's going wrong?

Solution

Until version 2.0.4, the information for the org chart profiles is taken from the following user profile elements:

name
email
position
department

Name and email cannot be changed and will therefore always be displayed. Position and department will only be displayed if the respective profile elements of the user are not empty.

Note: Only the default fields "Position" und "Department" will be displayed. In the administration, these default fields can only be hidden, not deleted. If you configure additional profile elements of name "Position" or "Department", they will not be displayed in the org chart.
