Custom fields render outdated values instead of the expected ones from the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

This behavior is expected if you don’t have a valid license anymore.

As an administrator, you can check for a valid license either by navigating to the Configuration of the User Profiles for Jira (Microsoft Attributes Sync) app (see steps here: https://communardo-products.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/UPFJC/pages/9666750/Configuration ) or by going to "Connected Apps" in your site's administration.

If you are a user and don’t have access to the license status of the app, please ask your administrator to check that first.

If your license is valid and you are sure that the value shouldn’t be the one displayed and it's more than 24 hours without a change of the value, please contact us by raising a support request.
