When will the custom fields be synchronized?

The synchronization of our custom fields is triggered after one of the following events occur:

  • an issue has been created or updated

    • Only the created or updated issue is updated

  • whenever there is a configuration change in custom fields

    • custom field is edited

    • custom filed is created

In addition, an interval is used to check whether issues need to be updated because values in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) have changed.
