What do we track?

User Profiles for Jira tracks user behavior data to help us improve user experience by taking the best product decisions based on some insights. The Jira administrator can opt-out from this option on User Profile Configuration > Other Configuration

Tracking includes:

• Navigation flow of the administrator in our application while configuring connection to Microsoft 365.

• Errors that may occur during creating/editing the custom fields, regarding validation of input fields.

• How often does the administrator interact with created custom fields (edit/delete)?

• Navigation of the administrator between available tabs of User Profiles for Jira.

• De-/activation of the out-of-office function.

• Information that helps us to analyze application errors.
