Order automatically cancelled?

Question

I renewed the license for one of your apps. A few minutes after receiving the confirmation email and the copy of the receipt, we received another email that our order was automatically cancelled.

We have received an order (AT-01234567). As a result, we have automatically cancelled your order (AT-76543210).

You can view the details of your evaluations, purchases and quotes on My Atlassian.

Can you please explain why?  There was no explanation why it was cancelled.  We need this license renewed.

Solution

You will receive such an email when there are 2 quotes for the renewal. When you renew one of them, the other will be deleted.

You can see above that there are different order numbers for the two quotes.
