Problem

A user cannot see the SubSpace Navigation for Cloud in the Atlassian Cloud despite the app being active.

Solution

The user might not have the necessary permissions.

Make sure that the following is true:

  1. The user logged in.

  2. The user has view permissions for the Confluence space with key COMMUNARDOPRODUCTS.

  3. The user has view permissions for the page Navigation Configuration within that space.

Both space and page are created automatically. If you make changes to the space or the content within, this can affect the functionality of the SubSpace navigation.
