Web part error messages due to incorrect asset links to another app version

For the SharePoint web part to work reliably, the web part bundle from the installed SharePoint Connector for Confluence version must be used.
If you install a new SharePoint Connector for Confluence version from the marketplace, you need an update of the SharePoint app package. This updates the app asset links to the new SharePoint connector version you installed in Confluence.

To do this, please carry out the following steps:

  • Go to the SharePoint connector app configuration in Confluence.

  • Check here that the correct address for your SharePoint server or SharePoint Online is set.

  • Download the app package for the web part from the configuration page.

  • Open the app catalog in SharePoint and replace the existing version of the app with the new app package.

  • Please try to reload the page in SharePoint with the web part content (Ctrl + F5).
