Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM) support
SharePoint Connector for Confluence DC/Server - Jira Service Management for DC/Server with Confluence DC/Server
We have tested our SharePoint Connector (file and list macro) on all modern browsers (firefox, edge, chrome) when trying to embed it into a JSM DC/Server knowledge base article.
There are no real limitations. All macros work as intended. It must be noted here that pop-ups should not be blocked by the browser and 3rd party cookies are also permitted.
While viewing it, we noticed that the content is cropped a little on the left and right. But this is also the same with other Confluence content on the site.
An advantage in DC/Server version of JSM is that Atlassian opens directly Confluence for editing the page and therefore there are no restrictions in the edit mode and it can be edited in the same way as usual.

SharePoint Connector for Confluence Cloud - Jira Service Management Cloud with Confluence Cloud
We have tested our SharePoint Connector (file and list macro) on all modern browsers (firefox, edge, chrome) when trying to embed it into a JSM Cloud knowledge base article.
There is no problem to view embedded content. The login works smoothly here. It must be noted here that pop-ups should not be blocked by the browser and 3rd party cookies are also permitted.
But, there are restrictions on the ability to open macros in edit mode within the knowledge base article. The reason for this is that Atlassian embeds the Confluence content directly in the JSM Cloud portal. This leads to problems with 3rd party content due to nested iframes.
A workaround is to open the knowledge base page directly in the Confluence Cloud, similar to the DC/Server implementation. Here the edit mode works as usual and the macros can be opened without any problems.
