SharePoint Online ULS Logs

Communardo Support might ask you to provide SharePoint Online log info in the context of your support request. Unlike with SharePoint Server, you cannot directly access logging information with SharePoint Online. 


You can raise a request with Microsoft Support to get more details regarding an error. For this purpose, please follow these steps:

  1. Re-create the error and note date and time.
  2. Screenshot the error message which should ideally include a correlation ID.
  3. Follow the below steps to contact Microsoft Support and provide them with the information mentioned in 1. and 2.
  4. Ask Microsoft Support for the error message relating to the correlation ID and provide it to Communardo Support.
