APP cannot be uninstalled (Cloud)

We are attempting to uninstall an Add-on, but the uninstall button appears to be greyed out.

Solution

Atlassian's new cloud billing engine necessitates a different approach for uninstallation, as detailed in this article. While we acknowledge that this may not seem like the most logical method, unfortunately, it is beyond our control.
