Error rendering macro in nested confluence content like table headers

There are multiple locations where the SharePoint Connector for Confluence DataCenter macro could be embedded in confluence datacenter pages. Known issues are occurring for example in table headers, which lead to an infinite loading or a wrong visualization of the macro.

We only support to embed macro content directly in confluence datacenter pages. Other locations can also work, but are out of warranty.
