Error rendering macro in nested confluence content like table headers

There are multiple locations where the SharePoint Connector for Confluence DataCenter macro could be embedded in Confluence DataCenter pages. Known issues are occurring, for example, in table headers, leading to infinite loading or incorrect visualization of the macro.

We only support embedding macro content directly in Confluence Data Center pages. Other locations can also work, but are out of warranty.
