The issue has been identified and escalated to Atlassian. A fix is in progress.

As a temporary workaround, you can reinstall the app using the new URL/Descriptor following the steps below.

Workaround for the Code Owners app:

1. Go to Workspace Settings → Installed Apps

2. Remove or uninstall the app Code Owners for Bitbucket

3. Enable Development mode.

4. Choose Install app from URL (manual installation)

5. Use the following descriptor URL:
   https://devsensei-codeowners.mibexsoftware.com/atlassian-connect.json

This should allow you to continue working while we coordinate with Atlassian on a permanent fix.
