Issue Usage Statistics

You will see the usage statistics graph on each issue in your JIRA. The graph is located in the right sidebar. It shows how often the issue has been viewed by providing a chart with several timescales:

24 HoursViews of the last 24 hours with one measurement on each hour. This tab is selected by default
31 DaysViews of the last 31 days with one measurement on each day
12 MonthViews of the last 12 months with one measurement on each month
5 YearsViews of the last 5 years with one measurement on each year

Project Usage Statistics

The project usage statistic is available on each JIRA project. You will find it in the overview section described by the name "Usage Statistics". Here you see the most viewed issues of this project grouped by one hour, one day, one year and overall. The issues will be displayed as a bar chart that shows the viewcount per issue. Only the top 20 issues will be displayed per chart. Hovering the bars will open a little popup with additional information. Clicking a bar will forward you to the specific issue.

See all issues per timescale

To see more than 20 issues per chart simply click on the "Most viewed issues..." heading above each chart. It will forward you to the issue navigator with all results. Here you are able to specify your search.
