Problem

When attempting to restore a backup of your SubSpace Navigation configuration, the process may fail or only partially succeed. This can leave some Menus and settings not restored correctly, which can disrupt the functionality of your Confluence instance.

Solution

If the restore process failed or partially succeeded, you can manually restore your previous configuration by following these steps:

Step 1: Open the Spaces Drop down

In your Confluence instance, click on the Spaces drop down at the top of the page and search for Communardo Products Space.

Step 4: Restore Deleted Pages

In the Manage content page, you will see a list of deleted pages. Each page stores the configuration data for a Navigation Menu (read more in https://communardo-products.atlassian.net/wiki/x/JYSN). Find the Menu you want to restore and click on the Restore button on the right.
