Problem

When attempting to restore a backup of your SubSpace Navigation configuration, the process may fail or only partially succeed. This can leave some menus and settings not restored correctly, which can disrupt the functionality of your Confluence instance.

Solution

If the restore process failed or partially succeeded, you can manually restore your previous configuration by following these steps:

Step 1: Open the Spaces Drop down

In your Confluence instance, click on the Spaces drop down at the top of the page and select Communardo Products.
