In cases of troubleshooting user directory issues, our support often requests the Directory Configuration Summary. It provides all configured user directories (internal and external) and their configuration. Passwords are not included!
Solution
- Access the Administration -> User Directories
- Below the table of the configured user directories you find the link "Directory Configuration Summary". By clicking on it the summary will be displayed.
- You can now either download it or copy and paste the content.
Alternatively, it can be added to the support zip by including "Authentication configuration". It will be part of the auth-cfg folder.
