The synchronization of our custom fields is triggered after one of the following events occur:
an issue has been created or updated
Only the created or updated issue is updated
whenever there is a configuration change in custom fields
custom field is edited
custom filed is created
In addition, an interval is used to check whether issues need to be updated because values in Azure have changed.
