State of profile macro not displayed correctly (Data Center)
This affects Confluence Data Center.
Problem
After enabling/disabling the User Profiles for Confluence profile macro (see Administrator Guide) and changing to a different node, it looks like the configuration has not been changed on this node.
Solution
Despite of the state shown in the configuration, the state is changed (as can be seen when checking the People Directory: The profile macros are the same for each node).
This behavior is caused by Confluence, which does not correctly synchronize the plugin module state between Data Center nodes: the same behavior can be observed if plugin modules are enabled or disabled on a Data Center node: their state seems to be unchanged if checked on other nodes (though it actually is changed).
