No user information found - possible reasons

When using our contact person macro, you may see the following error message:

This error message can be caused by the following reasons:

  • the user does not exist anymore in your company

  • you are trying to view user information of a user from a different company than yours (for example you are an external person and you are trying to view the profile of a user of your customer)
