Unusual large size of profile picture when editing customer details on service desk

Problem

When editing the customer details from service desk, the profile picture of the customer has an unusual large size.

This problem occurs only when the profile picture is one of the sample avatar pictures.

Solution

  1. Upload custom image as profile picture
  2. Select default "gravatar" image as profile picture
