Sometimes for support it is helpful to analyze the output of browser console. Following there is an instruction on how to save the output to a file.

Steps

Chrome

  1. Open up Chrome and enable the Developer Tools.
  2. Select the console tab.
  3. Be sure to select to display "All" messages
  4. Right-click in the body > Select "Save as...".

  5. Attach the file to the support ticket.

Firefox

Unfortunately there is no straight-on way to achieve this in Firefox. Whar you can do:

  1. Press F12 or go to Tools > Web Developer > Console
  2. Select the console tab.
  3. Be sure to select to display "All" messages
  4. Right-click in the body > Select "Select all".
  5. Right-click in the body > Select "Copy messages to clipboard".
  6. Paste the content of the clipboard to any text editor and save it.
  7. Attach the file to the support ticket.
