Requesting quote for license in different currency
Can I receive a quotation in a different currency of the cost to purchase the app?
On the Atlassian Marketplace I understood that the pricing details are in $USD.
Answer
Purchasing of licenses via the Atlassian Marketplace is set up in such a way that we are unable to provide you with a quote in a different currency, the only exception being Euro for German, Austrian or Swiss customers.
The usual process works as follows: The license is purchased via credit card directly in the Atlassian Marketplace which means exchange rates from e.g. $USD to $AUD are automatically paid.
If you need a quote and you are not located in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, you can alternatively contact a local Solution Partner or reseller to request a quote. You may find a Solution Partner here.
