The import of default values is not working when you have a $createdBy value present in the file

Problem

The Import of a metadatenset with the value "$createdBy" does not work.

Background

Provided there is a user-type metadata field that is associated with a set and has a default value of $createdBy.
The subsequent import fails.

Solution

Before the export delete the value $createdBy or overwrite it with another value.
