Navigation not visible to anonymous users
Problem
Anonymous users cannot see the menu in our Confluence Cloud instance. How do we resolve this?
Solution
By default, the SubSpace Navigation is not visible to anonymous users in the Cloud. It is however possible to display it for anonymous users as well.
The data for the navigation is stored in a space called "Communardo Products". You need to grant anonymous access to this space to make the navigation visible for anonymous users.
Please note that there still might be some elements not visible to anonymous users, if the content is not cleared for anonymous access. For further details, please have a look at the documentation.
