CQL element does not show the correct results
CQL element does not show the correct results
Problem
In the Navigation Configuration of SubSpace Navigation for Confluence Cloud, you have configured a navigation element of type “CQL”. However, when you open this element in the Navigation Menu, you might not see the expected number of results.
For example, let's say there's a CQL element set up to display the pages or blog posts created by a user. If the user has created 10 or more pages or blog posts, opening the CQL element should show 10 items and a "Load More" button if there are additional pages or posts. If you see fewer than 10 items, it could mean that the indexing of the Confluence instance needs to be reset.
Solution
Contact Atlassian Support and ask for a reindex of your Confluence instance.
