Order automatically cancelled?

Question

I renewed the license for one of your apps. A few minutes after receiving the confirmation email and the copy of the receipt, we received another email saying our order was automatically canceled.

We have received an order (AT-01234567). As a result, we have automatically canceled your order (AT-76543210).

You can view the details of your evaluations, purchases, and quotes on My Atlassian.

Can you please explain why?  There was no explanation for why it was canceled.  We need this license renewed.

Solution

You will receive such an email when there are 2 quotes for the renewal. When you renew one of them, the other will be deleted.

You can see above that there are different order numbers for the two quotes.
