You cannot properly configure the connection to Microsoft 365 due to the missing link

 Problem

You are an administrator and you cannot properly configure the connection to Microsoft 365. (See Configuration). Normally, you should be able to retrieve the link generated once you enter the tenant domain name, as shown in the screenshot in https://communardo.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=UPFJC&title=Configuration. Instead you don't see the generated link.

Cause

This is very likely caused by an extension installed in your browser.

 Solution

To prevent this, try one of the following ways :

  • Disable your extensions in the current browser

  • Use Incognito mode

  • Open your site in another browser
