Application appears multiple times in your Azure AD
This article is relevant for you only in case you have previously used the app before release 1.11.4 (2021-10-07).
Problem
With the release of version 1.11.4 of our product SharePoint Connector for Confluence Cloud we have switched the Azure AD Application in order to mark the app as publisher verified by Microsoft.
However, due to several reasons, we had to recreate that app registration on a different Microsoft tenant. Unfortunately giving consent to the new application doesn’t remove the old application from your tenant because they are independent of each other. That leads to two different entries for our app which are looking to be the same (naming wise) but they are differing in their IDs.
Solution
In order to fix this issue, you just have to remove the old application manually from your Azure AD Enterprise Applications using a global administrator account.
To clearly distinguish the old application you can search for the following ID under “All Enterprise Applications” to find the app you have to delete:
